Cancellation & Refund

Naseemtelecom believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Notyphone marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • No charges are applicable if cancellation is made immediately after placing the order. 2% of the order value will be deducted in case cancellation is made after the product is out for delivery.
  • Orders can be canceled only before processing. Please contact our team on Email (care@alwarmobile.com) to cancel an online order. A cancellation fee of 2% of the order value will be applicable.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be applicable if the order has been already dispatched.
  • Except for Cash On Delivery transaction, refund, if any, shall be made at the same Issuing Bank from where Transaction Price was received, or through any other method available on the Platform, as chosen by You.
  • For Cash On Delivery transactions, refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
  • Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only and shall be equivalent to the Transaction Price received in Indian Rupees.
  • For electronics payments, refunds shall be made through a payment facility using NEFT / RTGS or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India (RBI).
  • Refunds may be supported by select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, You will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund.
  • Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Notyphone in case of any misuse by Buyer.
  • We may also request additional documents for verification.
  • Once we receive your return package or the courier notifies us of receipt of the return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.
  • Once a refund is initiated then it will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account/ or you may contact your banking partner.
  • Refund will be initiated upon successful pick up as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:
    • NEFT – 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation.
    • Online Refund – 5 to 7 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
  • *If requested for cancellation, you can raise a refund request within 7 days of receiving the product. Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
    • Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product’s original packaging, freebies, and accessories)
    • The product should be in unused, undamaged, and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears, or holes and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/ warranty seals (wherever applicable).
